Summer Tech Camp
Summer glacier skiing……what’s more Canadian than spending your July long weekend skiing?!
Run by Warren Jobbitt, Interski Head Coach and senior L4 Course Conductors, this 3 day camp is geared towards all levels of instructors. Held at Blackcomb, BC from June 29th to July 1st, the focus of the camp is ski improvement using both technical and tactical approaches.

New CSIA Mission Statement
The CSIA Board of Directors and Regional Committee Chairs met last Spring, during a strategic planning session for the renewal of our education structure. One of the objectives of this meeting was to revise the CSIA mission statement. In light of the discussions, the new mission statement expresses who we are as an organization, our goals and our commitment to offering a high-quality ski teaching education.
Here is the new CSIA mission statement:
The Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance provides excellence in education for the profession of ski teaching, contributing to the growth and enjoyment of skiing.
