Dear CSIA Member,
With most of our Program operations complete for the season, I want to pass on a huge congratulations to all the Members who have passed a Certification Course this year! Here are some interesting statistics. During the 2022-2023 season…
5152 people obtained their Level 1 Certification
1498 Members obtained their Level 2 Certification
118 Members obtained their Level 3 Certification
36 Members obtained their Level 4 Certification
112 Members obtained the Trainer Designation
195 Members obtained their Snow Park Certification
Again, congrats and good luck as you now pursue your next goals with the CSIA!
NEW NATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Now that we are into May, a new National Board cycle is starting. The National Board met this past week and elected its officers: Colin Borrow is Chair, Antoine Tétreault-Paquin is Vice Chair, Gunars Kazaks is Secretary and Nathan Reece is Treasurer. Paul Sauvé and Jamie Lou Morneau are Directors at Large. Allison Sharpe moves into the Past Chair role (non-voting). Rounding out the Board in non-voting roles are Serge Fortier (Financial Advisor) and myself (Managing Director.) Congrats to the new Board and their new responsibilities!
We would also like to thank Darren MacDonald, who has completed his term as Past Chair. Thank you Darren for all your service!
CSIA NATIONAL OFFICE SUMMER SCHEDULE
Please take note that from May 12 to September 1st, 2023, the CSIA National Office will be open Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time, and closed on Fridays. We will resume our regular schedule as of September 8.

NOMINATION SUBMISSIONS TO THE CSIA HALL OF FAME
The CSIA National Hall of Fame Committee is looking for nomination submissions of candidates for the 2023-2024 National Hall of Fame. The submission deadline is September 1, 2023.
