GENERAL UPDATES:
Dear CSIA Member,
I hope this edition finds everyone enjoying summer! I did some quick math this morning, and we are 98 days away from our first Pro Camp of the season at Lake Louise! (AKA Members’ Convention).
You will find below a few updates as the staff gear up for Membership Renewal, which is just around the corner!
NEW CHANGES TO THE PRO DAYS FOR 2022-2023!
Pro Days are being expanded to include “half day” sessions that will provide a quick hit of ski-specific training in a shorter time frame. Watch for AM and PM sessions as well as evening training opportunities where night skiing is available! Full-day Pro Days will continue as well!
Additionally, we are planning to increase our Pro Days Camp offering with a particular focus on L2 and L3 Pro Days Camps of varying lengths (2, 3, or even 4 days!). If you are a Level 3 targeting the Level 4 Selection and Academy, or if you are just looking for multi-day opportunities for development, challenge and inspiration, these camps should be in your plan for this season!
Keep an eye out for schedules as they become available in the fall!
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AT THE CSIA NATIONAL OFFICE
The CSIA announces an employment opening for an Administrative Assistant to work from the National Office located in Montreal, Quebec.
This is a key position for the CSIA and its Membership department. The chosen candidate will be the first point of contact for CSIA passionate Members and the public, often answering their inquiries and needs. This person will also play an important role in helping with the efficiency of the administrative department.
We are looking for a person exhibiting a welcoming and helpful attitude, capable of multi-tasking, and who is attentive to details.

LEVEL 2 SURVEY RESULTS
In the last Communiqué, I shared the Level 1 Program survey results. In this edition, I would like to present the Level 2 survey results.
We delivered 4200 Level 2 participant Programs last season, and of that, 927 participants filled out a survey at the Program’s completion. Here are the results:
In the next edition, I will be sharing new (and continued) Member benefits, including the continuation of The North Face Pro Program for the 2022-2023 season!
