The CSIA Board of Directors is excited to present to you the CSIA's new 2024-2027 Strategic Plan. This new plan sets our new vision and mission, reaffirms our values and introduces strategic pillars, which will serve as not only as a commitment from the CSIA volunteers and staff, but also a road map for the future. Our goal is to continuously grow and adapt in a dynamic environment, enabling the CSIA to maintain its leadership role in this industry we are all a part of.
This new strategic plan aims to uncover new opportunities, enhance our products and services, mitigate risks, and address the diverse needs of our members and snow schools, as we navigate a rapidly changing marketplace.
