CSIA News

The new staff that will be introduced to our organizational chart, will help us increase the value offering to our members; be more efficient when providing the services and benefits they are looking for; continue the improvements in Marketing/Communication we’ve seen this past year with increased up to date relevant communication; as well as provide our members and stakeholders a better experience when interacting with our systems and database.

  • The new positions include:
  • Membership and Administrative Services Manager
  • Marketing and Communications Content Coordinator
  • Systems and Innovation Administrator

We also have some staffing news to share. The first being that Benoit Fournier, our Lead Program Administrator will be leaving his position in November 2025. We would like to thank Benoit for 15 incredible years of service with the CSIA. During his time with us, his invaluable contribution towards helping our members and staff, as well as his in-depth understanding of our systems and process contributed to our success and growth. Although we are sorry to see him go, we are excited to see what lies ahead for him in the future.

The second staffing news is that Kayla Gilbert has been promoted and will be taking on the role of Lead Program Administrator. Kayla as been the Regional Administrative Coordinator for Ontario with the CSIA since 2019. We believe that her experience, her understanding of the CSIA, her efficiency and her work ethics made her a great choice to take on this important role. And so, we would like to congratulate Kayla on her promotion.

This means that we are also looking to fill her past position of Regional Administrative Coordinator (RAC), along with the Membership Service Agent position currently open.
