The CSIA is thrilled to announce that Betsy Linnell has been appointed to the newly created position of Program Manager. Betsy will begin her new role as of Monday, February 12th.

Betsy is an accomplished Ski Industry professional with over 25 years of experience. She joined the CSIA national staff in 2019 as the Regional Administrative Coordinator for BC. During that time, she has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in the application of our Program standards in support of our Members, aspiring Course candidates and Course Conductors. Betsy is a CSIA Level 4 Instructor and Course Conductor and possesses an intimate knowledge of CSIA’s certification pathways and Programs.

In this new role, Betsy will be responsible to ensure the established technical, teaching methodology, certification standards and educational products/materials are applied, distributed, and delivered consistently across Canada. Betsy brings a personal approach to problem solving and service excellence. With strong people and communication skills, and an extensive marketing and management background, Betsy will ensure continuity and Member equity is established and maintained in our Program delivery from coast to coast.
