About the Role
As our Membership Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for CSIA Members, Snow Schools, and industry partners. You will assist with inquiries, process memberships, maintain accurate records, and support a variety of administrative functions all while contributing to a high-quality Member experience.
You will:
- Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism and care
- Process payments, refunds, and membership updates
- Maintain data accuracy and support inventory, mail handling, and shipping/receiving
- Assist with renewals, reinstatements, and program result postings
- Help improve processes to enhance the Member experience
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- A secretarial/receptionist certificate or 2+ years of experience in customer service, reception, call centre administration, or data entry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of the ski teaching industry is considered an asset

Job Title: Systems and Innovation Administrator
Reports to: IT Manager
SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the IT Manager, the Systems and Innovation Administrator plays an important role in administrating and optimizing our systems, as well as recommending and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and support business goals. They will manage and lead all system development initiatives and implementations, that will mainly impact membership, program and course conductor database functions.
The role requires collaboration with other internal CSIA departments including (Programs, Accounting, IT, Communication, Membership and HR) to ensure effective and efficient processes are implemented and used. This individual will especially work closely with the Lead Program Administrator to identify, coordinate and implement internal work procedures, IT tools and controls that meet the needs of program and education department staff.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Functions
- Ensures and oversees the management of all systems projects (budget, timeline, work specifications and impacts) for functions that mainly support the CSIA program/education and membership department including database management, identifies priorities, document needs for developers, development and testing for new processes or functions;
- Research and recommend AI or new technologies to improve efficiency, support business functions and strategic direction;
- Assist with the technology development and implementation of online learning, educational material, virtual meetings, AGM, ;
- Serves as key resource to users, including members, staff, course conductors and snow schools, related to system functions supporting program/education and membership department;
- Documents and overseeing issues/errors fixes for systems related to program/education and membership;
- Develops and maintains documentation related to system business rules and procedures;
- Ensures proper staff training and buy-in for system processes or functions;
- Ensures database and website are properly updated based on yearly changes or new information related to programs/education and membership;
- Ensures proper working linkage (e.g.: API) with various partners is functional and abides by confidentiality rules;
- Ensures all new development is secure and does not jeopardize CSIA data security;
- Assists with membership and program database annual year-end closure and renewal process maintenance;
- Conducts special assignments or tasks requiring independent research and analysis as requested.

Job Title:Membership and Administrative Services Manager
Reports to:Senior Director of Finance & Shared Services

SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Finance & Shared Services, the Membership and Administrative Services Manager holds a role that will ensure CSIA member services are optimal and that CSIA staff work in a positive and productive work environment. This person is responsible for the internal support services within the organization including but not limited to: membership services and human resources.
This individual must work with all other departments to ensure effective resources are available, staff is properly trained, as well as processes in place are understood and followed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Operations
- Ensures all member requests are received and processed in a timely and professional manner including renewal, reinstatement, and general requests;
- Conducts membership database annual yearend closure and renewal process maintenance;
- Proposes membership recruitment and retention strategies. Researches, develops and proposes changes to membership categories and benefits/value offered to reach the set strategic goals and meet the needs of our members and the industry;
- Ensures the membership system design, development and operational functions take into consideration the needs of the various stakeholders, including members, partners and staff, within an approved annual and forecasted budget;
- Responsible for the various human resources functions, in a timely and professional manner, including providing HR support the management team, insurance, job postings and recruitment;
- Responsible for records management and accurate versioning control of organizational documents, including policies, procedures, HR guides, governance manuals, corporate insurance documentation, legal matters, various the various agreements with consultants, regional partners, vendors, resellers, sponsors and ) contractors\seasonalemployees, snow school and membership information;
- Acts as a complaint management officer and is responsible for the proper processing and safekeeping of information collected and results of investigations;

SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Marketing and Communication Manager, the Content Coordinator supports the development and execution of content strategies across platforms to engage the organization’s various audiences.
As part of the Marketing and Communication team, this person will play an integral role in planning, creating, editing, and scheduling of marketing and communication content, in line with CSIA’s brand and communication objectives, across digital and traditional platforms.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans and schedules content for social media, email campaigns, and website
- Creates and edits engaging content (text, image, video) aligned with the brand’s tone and voice
- Coordinates, develops, and distributes content for internal and external communications channels, such as newsletters, brochures, website, social media platforms, and print media
- Ensures all published content is accurate, timely, and consistent
- Assists in campaign execution and monitors engagement metrics
- Maintains content calendars and ensures deadlines are met
- Contributes to the writing and publishing articles for the monthly newsletter communique

Job Title: Ontario Regional Administrative Coordinator (RAC)
Reports to:Lead Program Administrator
Status:Seasonal
SUMMARY
Reporting to the Lead Program Administrator, the Regional Administrative Coordinator (RAC) works collaboratively with the regional Educational Program Coordinator (EPC) to ensure the effective and efficient scheduling and delivery of all programs and products offered by CSIA National within a Region. This individual is often the first point of contact for members needing information on program promotion, scheduling, registration, refunds, transfers, program cancellations and complaint management.
The RAC also works in close communication with Snow School Administrators in their region when managing course scheduling, rescheduling, program delivery logistics and Pro Day \ Pro Session administration.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for keeping accurate and current records of all program \ member interaction including registration, refunds, formal complaints, inventory control, and certification results posted on the CSIA database;
- Responds and/or distributes all enquires/correspondence in a timely and professional manner;
- Assists in the coordination of member communications, promotions and educational development opportunities within their Region;
- Prepares in collaboration with the EPC, all program and product reports upon request by management;
- Attends Regional Board meetings, Regional AGM’s and special member\industry events, upon request of the Lead Program Administrator and/or Regional Board;
- Provides updates to management and/or the Regional Board in conjunction with the EPC on matters impacting member satisfaction;
- Coordinates the preparation and delivery of program course kits to the assigned CC in a timely manner;
- Informs the EPC immediately of any reported participant\CC accidents and adhere to the CSIA accident investigation and reporting policy;
- Manages all member data in a secure and confidential manner according to CSIA policy;
- If applicable, the RAC serves as the point of contact for International Gap Agencies and CSIA Resellers managing a range of administrative and program support functions;
- Attends RAC\EPC joint meetings throughout the year as requested by the Lead Program Administrator;
- The RAC offers suggestions and identifies issues requiring improvement in CSIA program related business processes and information technology applications;
- Takes on special projects and additional tasks from time to time as requested by the Lead Program
