Anyone who previously earned a CSIA Certification and let their membership lapse can reactivate it by reinstating. To apply, please complete the online Reinstatement Application form.
Reinstatement Fees
The Reinstatement allows past members to reactivate their CSIA Membership without having to retake a CSIA Certification(s) previously achieved. To do so, you may be required to pay a Reinstatement fee ($100.00), in addition to the current season’s Membership fee and any applicable taxes. Note that Reinstatement fees and Membership fees depend on the number of organizations you are affiliated with and your status with each.
Upon Reinstatement, Members may be recommended to participate in a CSIA Recall activity to ensure they are up to date on the current teaching methodologies.
If you are a single member of the CSIA and wish to reinstate your membership, please log into your member profile using your CSIA member number. Once logged in select “Renewal” from the options to proceed.
If you are a member of multiple associations (ACA, CASI, CADS, CANSI) and wish to reactivate your CSIA and partner memberships while benefiting from multi-association rebates, please complete the reinstatement application by clicking the “Apply Now” button below.

Ready to apply for Reinstatement? Upon receipt of the Reinstatement Application form, the CSIA National Office will validate and send you all relevant information about Membership by email.
