Anyone who previously earned a CSIA Certification and let their membership lapse can reactivate it by reinstating. To apply, please complete the online Reinstatement Application form.
Reinstatement Fees
The Reinstatement allows past members to reactivate their CSIA Membership without having to retake a CSIA Certification(s) previously achieved. To do so, you may be required to pay a Reinstatement fee ($100.00), in addition to the current season’s Membership fee and any applicable taxes. Note that Reinstatement fees and Membership fees depend on the number of organizations you are affiliated with and your status with each.
Upon Reinstatement, Members may be recommended to participate in a CSIA Recall activity to ensure they are up to date on the current teaching methodologies.

Ready to apply for Reinstatement? Upon receipt of the Reinstatement Application form, the CSIA National Office will validate and send you all relevant information about Membership by email.
Reinstatement requests for the 25-26 membership season are no longer being accepted. Requests for the 26-27 season will be accepted as of September 1, 2026.
